But my team of skilled artists guarantees everyone pulchritude and aesthetics without altering the natural and original features of all candidates. We’ve been in the business for years already and we know what’s best for our beauty queen. After all, we breathe portrait photography and pageant videography like air.

The shots we took during the launching of the biggest event in QQEnglish in 2019 drove everyone crazy, and it made a buzz among pageant enthusiasts. While we believe taking pageant pictures is fun, we also think that giving each candidate some tips on how to look good in front of the lens is also paramount. And because we have already experienced working in several beauty pageants and other events in Cebu, our team at Jones Silva Creatives were able to give them nothing but only the ultimate best.
We pride ourselves for always helping each candidate excel, unlike any other pageant photographers and videographers in Cebu. We help each candidate come up with the best picture possible by constantly reminding them not get carried away by the glitz and the glamour.
Every pageant headshot is not about the creation of a fantasy photo, but it’s more than capturing the most beautiful look of each of the candidates while making them look like the person they are most of the time. The Miss QQEnglish 2019 beauty pageant became the most beautiful night in the history of QQEnglish, not only because of its stunning pageant production, but also because of the amazing pre-pageant headshots and beautifully-made pageant promotional videos. As we always say, we don’t just give our beauty queens and the pageant committee the experience for a night; we give everyone the experience and let them keep that amazing moment for a lifetime.

Glitz and Glamour
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, as the saying goes. However, in the case of our creative photographers in Cebu, we let each candidate rely on our eyes to show them what beauty on the camera really is.
On a very interesting note, the candidates we have worked with were newbies in the world of pageantry, yet we were able to capture several mesmerizing photos – images arresting enough to tell judges they truly deserve the most coveted Q-crown.
During the glamour photoshoot, our skilled photographers study each of the candidates first before we let them take on the spotlight. We set up the mood by telling them their best angle and giving them some tips so that they’ll look the most fiercely confident and over-the-top, gorgeous way possible. Besides, we always make sure to win the complete trust of the candidates in what we are doing to boost their confidence by making them comfortable and letting them enjoy the photoshoot.
During the glam shoot, we usually employ different lighting setups to ensure we get the best pictures each candidate dreams to have. And since being in front of the camera is so new for each candidate, we instructed them how to creatively position their hands without looking too theatrical and took care of any blemishes and flyaway hairs. Most importantly, we played the music they like to jazz things up and let them have their moment.
The candidates we had during the Miss QQEnglish 2019 beauty pageant were pageant novices, but you could never see that in the photos we took. Why? Because we do more than taking beautiful pageant shots.
We believe a picture is worth a thousand words and we give you the chance to control the narrative and the impression you make with the judges.
